For the sixth time in history, the Ministry of Finance building will be opened to the public on 28 September 2023 as part of Czech Statehood Day and the State Printing Works of Securities is there for it.

Guided tours provide a glimpse behind the scenes of the Ministry of Finance and the interesting premises of the former convent of the Barefoot Carmelite and English Maidens. You can look forward to a traditionally rich accompanying programme. During the tour it will be possible to see the State Printing Works of Securities exhibition with the opportunity to print your own commemorative certificate on a historic printingpress called Bostonka. The Open Day will also be attended by colleagues from the General Financial Directorate, the Office for State Representation in Property Matters, the Financial Arbitrator and the State Treasury Shared Services Centre, whose presentations will give you a closer look at the activities of these offices.
