We would like to inform you that, effective from 08.12.2025, the completion of registrations and concluding contracts for manufacturers in the Track and Trace system is suspended. Due to the approaching Christmas holidays and related operational restrictions, it will not be possible to finalize these processes by the end of 2025. All pending registrations and implementations for manufacturers will continue smoothly from the beginning of 2026, when we will ensure their complete completion.
The customer line operates without changes.
The normal operation of the customer line and retailer registration remains completely preserved. We continue to be available to you on business days from 8:00 to 16:00 for all standard questions and further support in the registration process.
In exceptional cases, there may only be a slight extension of the time to process your requests.
