This is to inform you that an amendment to Act No. 110\/1997 Coll., on food and tobacco products, will enter into force on 12 May 2021. The amendment adapts the EU regulation on official controls implementing the new legal regulation of official controls of tobacco products and food, among others. From this day on, the amendment is published in the Collection of Laws under ref. No. 174\/2021 Coll.<\/p>\n
